Can you manufacture custom or non-standard bearing housings?
Absolutely. We operate our own captive foundry and high-precision CNC machining facility, enabling us to manufacture any custom footprint based on blueprints, drawings, or reverse engineering samples.
Is there a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
No. True to our core promise of 'any quantity', we cater to specialized, one-off heavy engineering prototypes or single replacements just as efficiently as high-volume bulk production runs for OEMs.
What materials do you cast in-house?
We offer complete metallurgical versatility, casting Gray Cast Iron, Spheroidal Graphite (SG / Ductile) Iron, and Cast Steel to strict international grades.
Do you supply housings to industries other than the ones listed?

What sealing options are available to protect the bearings?
We provide a variety of configurations, including felt seals, labyrinth seals, heavy-duty taconite seals and standard V-ring seals, to prevent contamination from dust and moisture. We are also the pioneers in seals for oil-lubricated housings.
Do your bearing housings come pre-lubricated?
Plummer block housings are shipped with a rust-inhibitor coat and need lubrication to be set up during bearing installation. Pillow block units come with bearings prefilled with grease, but these need relubrication as the application requires.
How often do I need to relubricate a bearing housing?
Relubrication intervals depend entirely on your specific operating speeds, temperature and environment.
What quality documentation do you provide with bulk orders?
On request, we provide a complete document package, including Material Test Certificates, Dimensional Inspection Reports and Quality Assurance certificates.
